Dark cladding, carefully detailed flint and brickwork, and controlled glazing proportions create a calm and cohesive identity across the development. The material choices are designed to sit comfortably within the landscape, allowing the setting and the proportions of each house to lead.
This is architecture intended to endure, both in performance and in appearance.
